These terms apply to purchases from Oddly Earnest at shopoddlyearnest.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Orders placed through our Etsy shop are also subject to Etsy’s terms and the policies displayed on that listing.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Our $45 shirt price includes standard US shipping and our selling and payment-processing fees. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Please review the design, color, size, garment measurements, delivery address and total before placing an order. You must be legally able to make the purchase and provide accurate information.

Products are subject to availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item cannot be supplied or we identify an error that affects your order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation with a refund. We will not substitute a different design, color or garment without your agreement.

Product images and fit

Digital mockups are identified as such. Screens, lighting and garment production can affect how colors appear. Check the measurements for the specific garment; flat chest width is not body circumference. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up.

Production and delivery

Shirts are printed to order by our production partner. Processing and delivery estimates appear with the product or at checkout. Please see our shipping policy. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction or cancellation; changes may no longer be possible once production or shipment begins.

Returns and problems

Our return and refund policy explains the 30-day return window, customer-paid postage for fit or preference returns, and our no-cost remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact us before mailing a return. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

Site content and responsible use

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use another person’s payment information without permission. Store artwork, branding, photographs and text may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a shirt does not grant a license to reproduce or commercially distribute those materials. Any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. We use the contact details supplied with your order for transaction-related messages, support and delivery updates.
